The visit of consul

On the 5th of March Steven Labensky, Public Affairs Officer of Consulate General of the United State of America in Saint-Petersburg, and Yelena V. Smirnova, IRC Director of Consulate General of the United State of America in Saint-Petersburg, visited MSHU.

They had a meeting with Professor Sergeev, MSHU Rector, Professor Fedorov, MSHU Vice-Rector for Research, and Asst. Prof. Inna Ryzhkova, Head of International Cooperation and PR Office.

During the meeting they discussed the main results of the Russian-American cooperation at MSHU, and outlined the perspectives of development within Academic Mobility, Joint Projects and Programs.

Besides, Mr. Labensky delivered a lecture, devoted to the issues of American cinematography. The lecture was in the atmosphere of dialogue, reflecting the interest in this field among the students.
