On the 2nd of March in MSHU there was held the first session of the Murmansk regional department of the Russian public organization «Russian political scientists association».

The report entitled «The world without war: myth or reality?» was presented by the secretary of the association Tatyana Shtets, Ph. D. in philosophy.

Besides the members of the association, acting chairman of the Murmansk regional Duma M. Ilyinyh, Vice Admiral in reserve, Hero of the Russian Federation S. Kouzmin, Rear Admiral I. Vasilyev took part in the session.

The report invited a heated discussion. The analysis of the theoretical problems was combined with the analysis of the real modern political processes.
