Representatives of the Arctic University of Norway visited MSHU

On the 2nd of December representatives of the Arctic University of Norway visited MSHU. The delegation was headed by Mayor of Tromso Jens Johan Hjort and Rector of the Arctic University of Norway Anne Husebekk.

The delegation included also the representatives of administration and the teaching staff of the University. During the visit the guests were informed about MSHU history, structure and main activities of work at the present stage.

The following directions were defined as cooperation priorities with Finnmark Faculty of the Arctic University of Norway: Social Work, Sports and Tourism. Besides, the main directions of cooperation within Linguistics, Intercultural Communications and Sociology were selected.

The parties also agreed to use the potential of Kirkenes Campus in implementation of joint projects and Bachelor and Master programs.
