Memorandum of Understanding

On January 17, 2012 Murmansk State Humanities University and Oslo and Akershus University College of Applied Sciences (Norway) signed a Memorandum of Understanding.

This document is in fact a frame agreement, which regulates cooperation in the sphere of higher education and science. The Memorandum is valid for three years and is the first document which establishes partnership relations between the two universities.
