Nichts als Arbeit

On 04.02.2011 in the main building of MSHU there was a meeting of MSHU students and International office of our university with the German delegation of the organization «Humanistic initiative “Interjugend” in Sachsen-Anhalt».

For several years already this organization has been implementing a project «Nichts als Arbeit» (Nothing but work). Within this project students from Russia who speak German have an excellent opportunity to spend 1-2 summer months working in the sphere of public services in one of the German cities, to earn money, improve their language skills, learn more about the German culture.

More than twenty MSHU students have already taken part in the program and have only positive impressions about it. At the meeting they shared their experience and made presentations which showed that during their stay in Germany the students did not only work but enjoyed interesting cultural and entertaining activities. The meeting was informal and friendly. Our German friends will also enjoy a rich cultural program in Murmansk and genuine Russian frost.

MSHU students who would like to participate in the program can contact the International office of the university till the end of March. The main criterion is a good command of the German language and a valid national passport.
