Meeting with Consul General of Switzerland

On the 4th of October 2010 Consul General of Switzerland Mr. Ernst Steinmann visited MSHU.

Mr. Ernst Steinmann had a meeting with MSHU Rector, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Andrey M. Sergeev , Vice-Rector for Science and Research, Doctor of History Pavel Fedorov, Dean of the Faculty of Philology, Journalism and Intercultural Communication, Doctor of Philology Olga Ivanishcheva, Vice-Director of the Center for Academic Mobility, International Projects and Programs Aleksandra Burtseva and lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages and Teaching Methods, head of the German Resource Center and the Center for Educational Literature of Goethe-Institute at MSHU Tatiana Sokolovskaja.

During the meeting they discussed perspectives of cooperation between MSHU and Consulate General Of Switzerland in St-Petersburg. The Consul had a positive evaluation of the work arranged by MSHU in order to popularize the culture of German-speaking countries, expressed his great interest in the project of Language Summer Schools. The participants of the meeting were satisfied with its results and gave a high evaluation of the constructive and promising dialogue.
