Murmansk students help local businesses

Despite the restrictions introduced to stop the spread of coronavirus MASU students stay active. The participants of the «BRIDGE» project continue working on their cases from home.

«BRIDGE: Barents Region Initiative for Developing Growth and Employability» was created by the cross-border cooperation project — Kolarctic. The goal of the project is to create an internet platform where international groups of graduate students could solve business cases from potential employers. The project engages representatives of small and medium businesses from Russia, Finland and Norway. MASU is the coordinator of the project in Russia.

In 2018 students solved cases from Finnish entrepreneurs, last year — from the Norwegian ones, and this year it’s Murmansk companies' turn.

The organizers of the project believe that now — when we face a global crisis — is the perfect time to plan the companies' future. The cases are aimed at creating marketing plans, promoting brands on social media, working on interior design and conceptual solutions as well as looking for new directions and ways of interacting with clients.
