MAU engages in research, education and culture exchange partnership with Argentina

Paola Pfoh, the representative of the Institute of Culture, Society and State of National University of Tierra del Fuego, Antarctica and South Islands (Ushuaia, Argentina), the participant of the International Youth Festival, visited Murmansk Arctic University. This meeting became an opportunity for both universities to build a foundation for future cooperation.

The parties discussed the possibility of student and teacher academic mobility, joint research projects, publications, and courses. The Russian language courses for Argentinian students were also a major topic for the negotiations.

The representatives of each university stated their willingness to form long-term partnership and joint initiatives in science and education.

The meeting became an important step in development of academic connections between Murmansk region of Russia and Argentina as well as in broadening the horizons of knowledge and culture exchange.

Paola Pfoh appreciated the warm reception from the representatives of Murmansk Arctic University and noted that the cross-university collaboration would improve the education and research quality as well as provide new opportunities to students and teachers of both educational institutions.
